Premier was founded in 1995 as a home-based firm specializing in structural design. In the past 13 years, Premier has grown from a one-man operation to one of the reputed local mid-size firms in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Today, with a staff of 32 full-time employees, Premier is a multi-disciplinary firm with in-house capabilities to complete land survey, civil and structural engineering projects for Federal, State, and local governmental agencies, as well as private development sectors.

Premier specializes in studies, site investigations, planning, preliminary design concepts, contract document development (preparing detailed plans, design, completing specifications and reports) and inspection of civil and structural facilities for public and private clients. These projects have involved scheduling, budget estimating, engineering designs, phasing, recommendations for future infrastructure needs (master plans) and presentations at public meetings. Because Premier’s principals are “hands-on” project managers, our Clients are assured their projects will receive close attention to detail and responsive service.
