A Comprehensive Employee Benefit Package Premier offers one of the best and generous benefit packages within the engineering community in this region. All full-time Premier employees have excellent benefits available including 401(k), medical, dental, vision and life insurances, paid time off (PTO) and incentive compensation.
Our benefit package includes the following:
- 401(K) Plan
This highly popular retirement fund enables eligible employees to contribute their pre-tax dollars into a number of investment accounts. The participants can choose or change their own fund allocations on-line. Premier contributes generously to the accounts of eligible employees on a bi-weekly basis. This is a defined plan.
- Profit-Sharing
At the discretion of management, certain portions of the annual profits are distributed to eligible employees based on their contributions to the success of Premier.
- Holidays
Paid holidays become effective immediately upon employment.
- Paid Time Off
In lieu of separate vacation and sick pay programs, our contemporary PTO program provides the flexibility employees seek. The PTO accrual rate is determined by the duration of employment with Premier.
- Medical, Dental and Vision
All full-time employees are eligible for coverage under Premier’s group health insurance plan. The company pays 100 percent of the cost of employee coverage, as well as a generous portion of the cost of dependent coverage.
- Life Insurance
Term Life Insurance is provided for full-time employees at no cost to the employee, with optional supplemental coverage for employees and dependents.
- Disability
Long-term disability is offered to full-time employees at no cost to the employee.
