Chidambaram Gnanasambanthan (CG), PE – President / Principal
CG is the President and founder of Premier Engineering Corporation and has 25 years of structural engineering experience in the design of bridges, earth retaining structures, noise/retaining walls and other transportation-related structures. CG’s primary responsibilities include planning, setting goals, legal and financial matters, marketing and staff training. He also enjoys mentoring young engineers in both technical and management areas.

Fadi Jalaghi, PE – Senior Vice President / Principal
Fadi has 23 years of professional experience in project management, design and construction of various types of bridges, special highway structures, earth retaining structures, sound walls, and buildings. He has managed and coordinated a number of final bridge design and transportation-related projects for various agencies throughout Arizona. Fadi is the Manager of Premier’s Structural Department.

Sam H. Malekooti, PE, RLS – Senior Vice President / Principal
Sam has 24 years of progressive civil engineering and survey experience in design and field engineering of large public infrastructure and private development projects. He has been responsible for the survey and design of a number of civil engineering projects including urban/rural highways, airports, drainage structures, culverts, channels, floodways, retention/detention facilities, pump stations, and storm drain systems. Sam is the Manager of Premier’s Civil and Survey Departments.

Waung Paul, PE - Senior Vice President / Prinicpal
Paul has 26 years of professional engineering experience in transportation project design and management. He has successfully managed a variety of transportation projects in Arizona since 1987, and is very familiar with the standards and procedures of federal, state, and local agencies. Paul is well recognized for his ability to effectively and successfully manage large, multi-disciplinary transportation projects.
